CANCELLATION POLICY

Sorry!

As a result of increase volume in advance booking lessons I must instate a new policy. If you unable to meet for your lessons after I have confirmed with you I am requesting that you please notify at least 48 hours in advance that you will not be able to keep the lesson if you do not cancel within 48 hours before the lesson, you will be responsible for the lesson fee!
It would not be fair to other student who want a lesson but I must turn down because that time is booked. Please understand the circumstance.
